Pen y Ghent

Another local hill to have a wander up as the weather in the Lakes was just not playing ball.  A misty murky day but the forecast said dry!

Love this view normally but the cloud spoiled it today!

 No views on top and it was all over too quick, homeward bound

  But not before catching this cheeky chappie.

High Street & the missing Raise

Finally a break in the weather and we're heading north, early in the morning to our precious lakes.  Will the weather hold, will we actually get out the car, time will tell but if so then we've got a great walk planned for today.  High Street and then over to the missing one of that group - Raise (which we missed the last time we were up here)

Another weather stopped play day - locally it wasnt too bad.  Charlie, Lisa's dog, came with us and enjoyed the day too!  As it turned out the weather was quite nice and a good day was had by all!

Popping up Pendle for the day as weather stopped us going any further - the weather also stopped any pics being taken as it was horrid.  Pendle pics another day!
